General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC)

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern purchases made on the LuxeBrume shop. By placing an order, the customer fully accepts these terms.

Products Our candles and decorative creations are made with premium materials and inspected before shipment.

Prices Prices are indicated in CHF, including VAT where applicable.

Ordering Once validated, the order is confirmed by email. LuxeBrume reserves the right to refuse an order in the event of an anomaly.

Payment Payments are secured via the solutions offered by Shopify.

Delivery Delivery times vary between 3 and 10 days depending on the destination. A tracking email is sent upon shipment.

Returns & Refunds Returns are accepted within 14 days. The product must be intact and unused.

Liability LuxeBrume cannot be held responsible for delays related to the carrier or cases of force majeure.
